About

After Completing my NVQ Level 4 (Patisserie and Confectionery Specialist) the Highest pastry and confectionery qualification in the UK, I went onto be Pastry Chef For the Last 17 years in some of the Country’s finest Country house hotels and leading Restaurants along with College lecturer at Macclesfield College in Cheshire on my days off.                          With my last job as Pastry Chef and Senior Sous at Midsummer house in Cambridge for 8 1/2 years. Helping gain there second Star.  I`m now a proud mum of Baby Ray.

Consultant Chef for SOSA and the Home Chocolate Factory. I recently been working in London & Spain alongside Jordi Puigvert Colomer SOSA`s Executive Chef.

I`m now spending my time Visiting many hotel, Restaurants, Bakery’s & Chocolate Shops doing Chocolate demonstrations and Demonstrating SOSA Products. I also recently worked along side Michael Rispe for a few days working with Demarle Moulds helping set up the first UK Demo.

I`ve also found myself inundated with requests for Wedding Cakes, Birthday cakes and Croquembouche so been rather busy now the wedding season has started. It seems to be very popular having your special cake designed & made by a 2 Michelin star Trained pastry chef. You may also find me at weekends showcasing at local Craft fairs, Markets and Food Festivals with a selection of hand made chocolates.

If you require a Cake or Chocolate centre piece or any other pastry service I`m always happy to help! Please brows my portfolio and contact me on Michelle@homechocolatefactory.com or Call me on 07989386141
