I joined Midsummer House in Cambridge in December 2002 as Pastry Chef de Partie. Soon moved up to pastry Chef where I run the Pastry & then on to Senior Sous running both Pastry & the Main Kitchen Service. Finally leaving to go on Maternity at 81/2month pregnant in June 2010.
